Joe Sears, native Bartian and co-creator of the nationally known Greater Tuna play series, organized this event as a fundraiser for the Lighthouse Mission Outreach Center, that feeds and shelters the homeless in the Bartlesville, Ok, vicinity.

Aunt Pearl is is asking 175 of Bartlesville’s hand picked citizens to put on their Betty Crocker baking shoes and bring six dozen Christmas cookies of various shapes, sizes, flavors, traditional, fancy and simple to be donated to The Aunt Pearl Cookie Project.

P
articipation in the Aunt Pearl Cookie Project, will insure that you have these outstanding, homemade cookies that will brighten your holiday sideboards, while supporting a good cause.

For a $10.00 donation at the door, the participant is given a donut-sized pastry box to cruise through the thousands of available donated cookies. Aunt Pearl says, "Don't you worry about all those  folks touchin' these cookies!"   (A volunteer, with  pastry gloves, will assist by adding the chosen cookies to the pastry box.)  Each participant will leave with a brimming box full of freshly baked and beautifully decorated Christmas cookies!

Extra fun!

Aunt Pearl will be one of the greeters at the door and will be posing for photos and giving autographs.

Each box of cookies, is accompanied by a downloadable complimentary recipe booklet, featuring your donated cookie recipes!  If you would like to contribute your family's favorite cookie recipe, Aunt Pearl would be more than happy to consider it!  We are currently receiving your recipes.  Click here to submit!

Take home two or three boxes of these cookies ! This is the perfect opportunity to surprise those special friends, coworkers, employees, care givers, and teachers.  Give as a thank you to service workers!

How can you help?
