Be a Cookie Wrangler!

Aunt Pearl needs volunteers to wrangle
cookies and organize during the two days of this event.
Pre-event volunteers are also needed!
Both men and women, teens, age 13 and up, are
welcome to volunteer.
She
is looking for volunteers with a few hours or a lot of hours
available to help. |
Ways you can help:

Receive the cookies at the
curb as cars pull up to deliver the many thousands of
cookies.

Assist Master Cookie Arranger, Margo
Proctor, managing the
thousands of cookies on tables.
-
Assist the
customers by wearing plastic bakery gloves to handle the
cookies and wrangle them into a customer pastry box, so
the folks never touch the cookies.
-
Photograph the
event.
-
Clerical assignments
-
Crowd wranglers and greeters at the door.
-
Put up posters around town.
-
Assemble cookie boxes
-
Set-up tables
and do clean-up work.
-
Provide
security
IN ALL RESPECT, DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS,
CHILDREN
UNDER 13 ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT.

to make cookies
but cookie bakers, who also want to
be
volunteers for the event, must also register online.

event from 6pm-9pm.
